SellerAide Security Policy

At SellerAide, protecting seller and customer data is our highest priority. We follow Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and industry best practices to secure all information processed through our applications and services.


Encryption

  • In Transit: All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

  • At Rest: Data is encrypted using AES-256.


Access Control

  • Access to Amazon data is limited to authorized staff using the principle of least privilege.

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all staff accounts with access to production systems or Amazon credentials.

  • Role-based permissions ensure only necessary access is granted.


Data Retention & Deletion

  • Amazon customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery, unless longer retention is legally required.

  • Upon expiration of retention, Amazon PII is securely deleted from live systems and backups in accordance with NIST-aligned destruction standards.


Logging & Monitoring

  • All access to Amazon data and production systems is logged and monitored.

  • Security logs are retained and reviewed for suspicious activity.


Incident Response

  • SellerAide maintains a documented incident response plan.

  • In the event of a data breach involving Amazon data, Amazon and affected users will be notified without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.


Infrastructure Security

  • Hosting: Our applications are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which maintains industry certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, PCI DSS).

  • Website Hosting: Our marketing site is hosted by Hostinger with SSL/TLS enforced.

  • Regular vulnerability scans and dependency patching are performed.


Sub-Processors

We use a small number of trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) to deliver our services, including:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – application hosting

  • Hostinger – website hosting

  • Stripe – payment processing

  • Google Workspace – email & support tools

  • Google Analytics – traffic analysis

  • Facebook Pixel – marketing analytics
