At SellerAide, we aim to provide valuable tools and insights for Amazon sellers. We understand that sometimes our service may not be the right fit, which is why we offer a limited refund policy as described below.
1. General Policy
SellerAide subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
All payments are non-refundable after the initial refund period.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or downgraded accounts.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment only.
If you are not satisfied with SellerAide, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@selleraide.com.
3. Renewals
No refunds are issued for subscription renewals.
To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered outside the 7-day guarantee in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or fraudulent charges.
These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunded at our discretion.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
