1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SellerAide website (https://selleraide.com) and our applications (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

SellerAide provides tools and analytics for Amazon sellers, including inventory management, profitability calculations, reporting, and related features. We may update or modify the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • SellerAide is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including Amazon’s policies.

  • Not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or using the Services.

6. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment only. Refund requests MUST be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge.

  • No refunds are provided for subscription renewals or partial billing cycles. Customers may cancel at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

  • SellerAide and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Pikewood LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Security Policy.

  • You retain all rights to your own data. We only access and process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the Services but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerAide and Pikewood LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellerAide, Pikewood LLC, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
