Q: What is SellerAide?
A: SellerAide is a software platform that helps Amazon sellers manage inventory, track profitability, and generate sales and financial reports. It’s designed to simplify the business side of selling on Amazon so you can focus on growth.
Q: Who is SellerAide for?
A: SellerAide is built for Amazon FBA and FBM sellers of all sizes, from individuals to small businesses.
Features
Q: How do you calculate profitability?
A: Profitability is calculated using your buy cost, the product’s selling price, and Amazon’s fees (FBA/FBM). We also allow you to log other expenses like shipping or supplies, so you always know your true margins.
Q: Can I research products before I buy inventory?
A: Yes. Our product research tool lets you search by ASIN or keywords, estimate profitability, and review historical trends (via Keepa integration).
Data & Security
Q: How does SellerAide handle my Amazon data?
A: We connect securely to your Amazon account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We only request the permissions needed for SellerAide’s features, and never use your data for advertising or resale.
Q: Do you access Amazon customer PII (names, addresses, phone numbers)?
A: Only if required for legitimate fulfillment or tax purposes. Access is handled through Amazon’s Restricted Data Token (RDT) system. All Amazon PII is deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery, in line with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
Q: How is my data secured?
A: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by role, and staff accounts require multi-factor authentication (MFA). We also maintain audit logging and incident response procedures.
Billing & Accounts
Q: How much does SellerAide cost?
A: Pricing is available on our Pricing page. Plans are subscription-based, billed monthly or annually, and processed securely through Stripe.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Regarding refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
